Refund policy

Thank you for your interest in our events and services. We want to ensure you feel well taken care of with us. At the same time, we aim to provide clarity and transparency regarding refunds and rebookings. Please read this policy carefully before booking a ticket or service. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms.

Refund Policy for Events (Workshops, Retreats, and alike)

  • No Refunds:
    Tickets for our events are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
    Exceptions are only possible if an event is canceled by us.

  • Rebookings:
    Rebooking to a future event is possible if we receive a written request at least 7 days before the event begins.
    The credit for a future event must be used within 12 months.

  • Ticket Transfer:
    If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please inform us via email at least 3 days before the event starts (contact@the-peaceful-path.com).

  • Force Majeure:
    In the case of unforeseeable events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government orders) that are beyond our control, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event. In this case, no refunds can be requested, but we will offer you the option to transfer your booking to a future event.

Refund Policy for Online Services and Consulting Services

  • No Refund After Booking:
    Once you have gained access to a digital product (e.g., online course) or service, no refund will be issued.
    If a technical issue occurs on our end, we will strive to resolve it quickly or offer a credit.

  • Cancellation by Provider:
    If an appointment (e.g., for consulting) is canceled by us, you are entitled to a replacement appointment or a credit.

  • Cancellation Before Start:
    Cancellations for services (e.g., employee training) are possible if communicated in writing at least 14 days before the start date. In this case, we charge a processing fee of 50% of the total amount.
