For me, inner peace and societal peace are deeply interconnected—and organizations are the key spaces where this connection unfolds every day. After the family, work environments are the systems where imprints, expectations, and unresolved issues collide most visibly. Conflict and peace are not opposites: It is possible to act peacefully while being in conflict. Peace does not arise from the absence of conflict, but from the ability to consciously hold, reflect on, and responsibly integrate tensions. This is where my work begins.
