Understanding Conflict & Shaping Solutions.

Unresolved conflicts cost your organization time, energy, and resources. Yet conflicts are rarely the real problem - they are often a symptom of deeper tensions in communication, roles, structures, or leadership.

With my PEACE process, I provide a structured conflict intervention that analyzes your internal conflicts and develops sustainable, tailored solutions. This approach is not about quick compromises or temporary fixes - it’s about clarity: understanding interests, dynamics, and the unspoken forces at work in your organization. The result is solutions that are embraced by those involved and endure in daily work.

The 5 Steps of the PEACE-Process

P - Pause

E - Explore

A - Action

C - Commitment

E - Evaluate

Resolving Conflicts Effectively

Phase 1 – Pause & Explore: We create space, halt escalation, and map the current conflict dynamics in your organization. Interests, needs, and key tension points are systematically gathered, analyzed, and compiled in a clear, structured report. This report provides guidance, transparently outlines the different conflict dimensions, and forms the basis for informed decisions about next steps - whether and how to deepen your conflict resolution process.

Phase 2 – Action & Commitment: Insights from Phase 1 are applied practically. Tailored interventions, trainings, workshops, and facilitated conflict resolution processes help resolve tensions, strengthen collaboration, and embed sustainable solutions in your organisations everyday work.

Phase 3 – Evaluate: Reflection, feedback, and success measurement ensure that changes are lasting and that your organization and employees benefit long-term. Throughout, you retain control over the duration, scope, and intensity of the conflict resolution process, deciding how far you want to go.
