Trainings

This gives rise to formats that not only provide guidance, but also enable the group itself to develop new perspectives, address conflicts more clearly and identify viable steps towards continued peaceful cooperation. See our workshop topics.

They are particularly well-suited when employees want to learn new skills, deepen their existing expertise, or practice specific aspects in a targeted manner. These sessions can be structured as brief workshops, half-day sessions, or multi-day programs—held in-house, outdoors, or as a combination of both.

Workshops

Our peace-building and conflict resolution workshops are collaborative sessions designed for teams, groups and departments to address specific tensions, recurring conflicts or challenging dynamics. The focus is on reflecting together, gaining an understanding and developing sustainable solutions.

The workshops thrive on participation, exchange and co-creation. Content from ‘Peaceful Leadership’ is specifically incorporated, broadening participants’ perspective on resilient self-leadership, conflict resolution skills, psychological safety, trust, inclusion and a peace-promoting attitude in our interactions with one another.

This gives rise to formats that not only provide guidance, but also enable the group itself to develop new perspectives, address conflicts more clearly and identify viable steps towards continued peaceful cooperation.

Coaching

Whether within your organization, in political contexts, or during a period of career reorientation, our coaching supports you in shaping your leadership role in a more conscious, clear, and peaceful way. In doing so, we integrate your specific concerns from your day-to-day leadership experience with the core values and principles of Peaceful Leadership.

Together, we’ll examine where you currently stand, what’s on your mind, and what dynamics are challenging your effectiveness, your ability to collaborate, or your inner clarity. Building on this, we’ll develop sustainable strategies for how you can remain calm even in complex and tense situations, address conflicts constructively, and fulfill your role with presence, poise, and focus.

In this way, individual or team coaching becomes a space for reflection, realignment, and concrete change.

Conflict-sensitive facilitation & process support

Our conflict-sensitive facilitation is aimed at managers, organisations and companies that are undergoing complex or challenging development, change or crisis processes and are seeking professional support. In addition to ad hoc conflict facilitation, we support you through change processes over an extended period.

Process facilitation is particularly useful when the aim is not merely to address conflicts, but to understand them in depth and consciously shape their impact on teams, structures and relationships. This creates a space in which guidance, reflection and concrete change are brought together.

1. Early Conflict Detection and Smart Resolution Training

Leaders and teams often encounter conflicts too late or only at their peak. As a result, tensions, misunderstandings, and unspoken expectations strain collaboration, mutual trust, and effectiveness in the workplace.

The training "Early Conflict Detection and Smart Resolution" combines the fundamentals of conflict escalation and dynamics with practical conflict analysis and various resolution techniques. The focus is on typical escalation patterns, recognizing early warning signs, and using de-escalation communication to address and resolve conflicts before they become entrenched in the team.

The goal of the training is to foster a peace-capable and conflict-sensitive work culture that reduces stress for all team members, strengthens collaboration, and builds mutual trust. Participants gain confidence in handling interpersonal tensions, learn to address difficult topics earlier, and enhance their ability to develop sustainable solutions for conflicts in their daily work.

Target Audience & Framework
This training is designed for leaders, team managers, project leaders, and team members who want to detect conflicts early and address them constructively before they escalate. The format is structured as a 2-day training or an in-depth 4-day training.

2. Building Psychological Safety in my Team(s) Workshop

In many teams, important topics go unspoken due to uncertainties, structural hierarchies, or negative experiences that hinder open communication. As a result, knowledge, innovation, and mutual trust are lost, impacting the effectiveness of your teams work and the quality of your collaboration.

The workshop "Building Psychological Safety in my Team(s)" is based on the latest research in psychological safety, team dynamics, and organizations as spaces for shared error and learning cultures. It addresses trust, error culture, participation, giving and receiving feedback, and the conditions under which employees can speak openly, ask questions, and take responsibility.

Leaders learn to create a space where diverse perspectives can be shared, learning processes succeed, and collaboration is sustainably strengthened. Because after all, only those who feel safe at work can collaborate successfully and with trust.

Target Audience & Framework
For team leaders, managers, HR professionals, project leaders, and organizations aiming to strengthen collaboration, openness, and trust. The format is suitable as a 1-day workshop or an in-depth 2-day workshop.

3. Mastering Conflict in Change Processes Training

Change processes often trigger uncertainty, resistance, and hidden conflicts within teams and organizations. Without skillful guidance, frustration arises, employees withdraw, or openly block the upcoming process.

The training "Mastering Conflict in Change Processes" combines change management with conflict resolution and organizational psychology perspectives. It addresses handling resistance, uncertainty, role ambiguities, emotional reactions to change, and how leadership and facilitation can provide orientation during transition processes.

The goal is to enable employees to shape change not only efficiently but also sustainably and participatively. Participants will better understand tensions in change processes, conduct conversations more constructively, and support transformation more effectively in their daily work.

Target Audience & Framework
For leaders, change managers, project leaders, HR professionals, organizational developers, and teams in transition or transformation processes. The format is available as a 2-day training or a 3-day in-depth workshop.

4. Addressing Discrimination and Power Dynamics Professionally Workshop

Discrimination, power imbalances, and exclusion often remain invisible in organizations, yet they significantly weaken team culture and collaboration.

The workshop "Addressing Discrimination and Power Dynamics Professionally" is based on approaches from Inclusive Leadership, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, power-critical organizational development, and discrimination-sensitive communication. The focus is on power dynamics in teams and organizations, exclusion, discrimination, microaggressions, unequal participation, and ways to address conflicts in diverse teams in a trauma-informed and responsible manner.

The goal is to enable employees to professionally and respectfully handle different power positions within their organization, fostering sensitivity to differences and a sense of belonging. Through the knowledge and practical exercises provided, fairness, trust, and genuine participation are strengthened as drivers of innovation within the organization. Participants gain confidence in addressing tensions in the workplace, moving from avoidance to learning and action-oriented resolution.

Target Audience & Framework
For leaders, HR professionals, diversity officers, team leaders, works councils, project managers, and organizations with high diversity or a high need for sensitization. The offering is available as a 1-day workshop, 2-day workshop, or in-depth process support.
