Conflict Resolution

Understanding conflicts. Shaping solutions.

In conflict resolution, we support managers and teams in breaking down entrenched positions and re-establishing constructive dialogue. Using structured conflict analysis, elements of mediation and facilitation, training in clear and respectful communication, and courses on sustainable conflict prevention, we systematically address your conflict.

Our aim is to identify patterns, break the cycle of escalation and transform the conflict you are experiencing into workable agreements and peaceful coexistence. The process builds trust within your team, reduces current and future friction, enhances your staff’s conflict resolution skills and increases your organisation’s effectiveness in day-to-day operations.

How we resolve conflicts

Conflicts within organisations are often symptoms of deeper tensions in communication, the diverse roles of staff members or entrenched structures – and rarely resolve themselves. Conflicts cost time, energy, money and trust, whilst those involved become increasingly concerned about further escalation and lasting damage. This is precisely where our structured conflict management comes into play: our PEACE process brings clarity to your team dynamics, stops escalation at its root and provides you with practical options for action that are tailored precisely to your needs.

Your organisational structure is unique, which is why our PEACE process is flexible: each phase can be booked separately. We can either start with a conflict analysis, or you can opt straight away for facilitated conflict resolution. Alternatively, you may be looking for an external partner to carry out a qualitative assessment of your conflict resolution efforts to date. Together, we’ll discuss what your situation actually requires during a free consultation. This will help you gain clarity, and we’ll develop suitable solutions. We’ll guide your team safely through this process, strengthen mutual trust, build psychological safety from the ground up, and at the same time train all staff in sustainable conflict resolution skills.

Sample Approach

In Phase 1 (Pause & Explore), we create space, halt acute escalations and identify the dynamics of the conflict. Interests and tensions are analysed and documented in a clear report, which serves as the basis for your next steps and the selection of appropriate courses of action. In Phase 2 (Action & Commitment), we put things into practice: Tailor-made interventions, training programmes and conflict mediation resolve tensions in a sustainable way and strengthen your collaboration. Phase 3 (Evaluate) reviews successes and embeds changes for the long term. You retain full control over the scope and pace of the intervention.

PEACE Process Overview

Phase 2 – Conflict Resolution
Step: Action & Commitment

Step: Evaluate
Focus: Reflection, feedback, and success measurement to ensure lasting integration of change.
