Our Sliding-Scale Pricing Structure

We believe in clarity, fairness, and shared responsibility. Our pricing structure is designed to make this experience accessible while honoring the energy, space, and care we pour into it.

1. Registration Fee – €100

This fee reserves your spot and is your official ticket to join the retreat. It is non-refundable and included in the total retreat price. You can pay this directly through our shop.

2. Retreat Contribution – Sliding Scale (€222–€444)

Choose what feels honest and doable for your situation:

• €222 – For those in a tight financial season

• €333 – For those in a stable place who can pay the retreat’s full value

• €444 – For those in abundance who want to support others in attending

Your €100 registration fee is already included in these amounts, so after registering, you’ll only need to pay: €122 / €233 / €344 — depending on your chosen tier. This second payment is due by September 30, 2025. You will receive an invoice once you decide on your contribution.

How and when to pay exactly will be communicated in our private telegram group or - in case you are not on telegram - via mail. You can pay via credit card, bank transfer or paypal.

3. On-Site Fee (Cash at Arrival) – €300

This covers your shared accommodation, three plant-based meals per day, firewood, sauna, electricity, and use of the retreat space for the entire four days. Please bring this amount in cash and hand it in upon arrival at the venue.
